New Season Olive Oil has finally arrived from Palestine! Organic, Fair Trade, Extra-Virgin Olive Oil Al-Ard Premium Olive Oil is an exquisite gourmet product made from hand-picked olives. Grown with traditional, organic techniques and rain-fed for optimal flavour and quality, the olives in this premium oil are sourced from family farms with centuries of heritage.

The 2025 harvest, late last year, faced multiple challenges with heat waves and lack of rain caused by the climate crisis second only to settler violence. Hundreds of attacks prevented farmers from caring for the olive trees throughout the year and became especially frequent and violent during the harvest season. Restrictions on movement also made it extremely difficult to transport olives to the processing facilities and then to take the olive oil to markets or export.

Despite the difficulties, Al Ard has succeeded in sending us a delicious extra-virgin oil, full of history and flavour. Our early-harvest, first cold-pressed oil is carries a bold, peppery flavour and a cultural story in every drop, the story of Palestinian resilience and heritage. Grown and hand-harvested by families who have cared for the same trees for generations, then first cold-pressed from early-harvest olives for peak quality, aroma, and nutrition, bottled locally in Nablus, and shipped directly to us here in Australia.

Presented in stylish tins with a pull-up, screw-top pourer to keep the product fresh.
